I can answer that one for ya.
I am pretty sure his meth controller does NOT talk to anything other than the pump.
His fuel map takes a dive when the meth comes on so he doesent run real rich.
If he where to run out of meth or pump/controller should fail he would go lean above 8psi boost.
I dont think he has any kind of safety system to comphensate for loss of meth.
That might be a good idea, exspecialy since Snow says his controller (VC25) isnt designed for the 220 pump.

^^^Yep^^^

I have a wideband and an EGT gauge with a warning light right next to my tach. I'll pick up on it. This system has never failed but my old one did a few times and I always notice it and lift around the 1/8th mile.

what size water tube does Snow use?

have you ever seen these?

http://www.coolingmist.com/detailmain.aspx?pid=047
"These allow you to angle the flow of water from the injectors. We find that this better atomizes the water and allows for the largest possible flow of water. There is no worry about puddling in the intake track as the flow of water goes with the intake track. The injector is optional, it comes with everything here except the actual injector.

New !! our angled injectors now include a heavy duty adjustable spacer to fit just about any width pipe!!!"

There are 2 ways electrically to compensate for the loss of pressure.

On the surflo pumps there is a pressure switch that you can wire up to something.

My original idea was to have the switch trigger a solenoid to bypass my boost controller if the pressure wasn't in the line of the pump (no meth). This bypass means that the wastegate is fed directly by my boost pressure and the highest boost I can go is wastegate pressure.

The second way to do this (and what I did) was to wire the pressure switch into the AEM. If the aem detects a lack of pressure in the meth line, it switches to an ALT fuel and timing map and I can compensate for the lack of no meth....well...what really happens is the map is only active when there is pressure in the line, so I subtract the fuel and add timing when I see pressure in the line.

Many ways to do this to make it 100% safe.

Do you think the wastegate solenoid trick would react fast enough?

it would work better than not having it, I have yet to try that method, but I can only assume it would react quicker than your foot could to an empty tank light or knock light.

Pump is in an aluminum box in the back of the car.
Check valve is in the engine bay right next to the "T" that splits to the nozzles.

Snow's safejection box hooked into their wastgate solinoid does exactly that, but it's based on flow, not pressure, so a plugged nozzle is detectable, whereas in your system it would not be (and boom).

I just ordered my Stage2+ (extras) kit, well sorta. I ordered it peice by peice from Snow and only spent $400.
Heres how....

My question is, Summit has the Snow VC-100 listed for $130 not $170, Snow says Summit is wrong, but dosent Summit HAVE to sell it to me for that price?
