This might be a stupid question but I've wondered a while.. A lot of people who get fmics use as open bumpers as possible including cutting bumpers to allow more air. You have a stock bumper which I think gives a much cleaner look. Would there be a noticeable difference between what you have and let's say a '99 front? Or a completely cut open front?

ill throw out some random questions:

what turbo setups have you run in the past? what made you move on from them?

was the switch from 14b to 16g worth it? will you eventually go bigger?

did you ever use adapter plates? thoughts on plates vs manifolds?

are there any other clutches youd consider using at that power level?

thanks!

I'm interested in knowing the answer to:

"will you eventually go bigger?"
"thoughts on plates vs manifolds?"

Here's my question.

Trevor, will you please run a little shot on top of the 30 psi? Use a progressive controller to make it gentle on your rods, get a bottle warmer, go all out on the kit (like you do with EVERYTHING on that car!). I'm pretty sure I'm sacking riding at this point, but you've got the engine and car to take this. This would be the EASIEST and cheapest way for you to dig deaper into the 10's IMHO.

Regardless, Trevor, you're the shit.

You are correct the Arm1 doesn't give digital values. I don't want to waste space in this thread about it, but needless to say, I don't trust the pretty lights.
I'm just curious to know which light actually means "good".
Since I know Trev uses an Arm1 on each bank, plus a WB, I thought he would be a good person to ask.

your right running 10's is not that hard. My car ran a 10.9@114 mph with a popped off IC pipe and coasting the last part of the track after the pipe came off and the car stalled. I ran a 10 second pass in Roswell with a 250+lb PASSENGER! A 3si member from Albuquerque. And all these passes were at 3600+ft!

if 10’s can be run under those conditions just about anybody can run 10’s with the right set-up if you are a ½ way competent driver.

What is the recipe for your special sauce and how exactly do you go about applying it?

Can you explain a little how you control the meth injection? I know you increase it progressively with boost, but how much are you spraying at each point (as in a real number). How much fuel do you have to pull? Is it equal to the amount of meth you spray?

How much extra boost is that allowing you to run on pump? C16? How much more power do you think that extra boost is giving you?

And finally, how do you go about tuning in general? Do you start where you know you'll be rich and gradually lean out? Do you have someone watch the wideband when you floor it so you can come off the gas quickly if you end up lean? If you could just explain your general tuning practice/method (like when you first went with the MAP ECU) that would be awesome.
