Actually you can get > 1000awhp with close to 30psi, you just need a big enough turbo and some rpms

That's not enough for the long-term goals. Short term 2007 goals, maybe.

Your long term goals are going to require you to get a gt47 frame housing and go to a 80mm turbo.

There's 1400 awhp there. You're just asking for trouble with that. spool is at 6000 rpms, very small powerband. Drag only turbo.

with 1000awhp you can run 8's

Those guys with 1400rwhp run 59psi.

anyways, back to the thread.

I'll just have to lower my fuel pressure a bit. Guess that will help on the top end too because pumps wont have to work as hard at 80-90psi. I'll get some extra flow as well. Might have to go with 1200cc injectors though.

I need to go back...I have a feeling it's around 670-675 AWHP & Torque.

That's on the to-do list.

Nah...I heard you have to feed it all kinds of timing to get it to wake up. With my old setup I couldn't do that. Now with the ultimate I can...

I have a local source with a barrel of it.

A question that I am sure has been asked quite a few times in other threads but I am enjoying learning from this thread heh. Recommend me a setup for mostly street with some track now and then. Would love to reach 400 AWHP and have a wild shot at 11s while still on kind of a budget. Turbos and supporting mods. Give me something to research and plan for the fall with!

I'd base your setup on DR-500's or 13G's. For fuel I'd do a hotwired Walbro or a Supra pump (whatever you can find cheaper) pushing 550's with the base pressure turned down to 35 psi (so you'll need an adjustable regulator). I'd control the injectors with an SAFC2 fuel controller...or a better one if you can find a used one cheap (an ARC2 would be good).

Besides that of course you'll need a boost controller, boost gauge, intake (DSM FIPK is cheap and functional), exhaust, and I would spring for a wideband O2 gauge. For a clutch many people have had excellent experiences with the RPS max pressure plate coupled with a full-face street disc.

That setup should meet your goals & be reliable while not spending much cash.

Very good thread Trevor. I've always admired your car <----massive swingage of nuts.

Is there a particular reason you didn't go with a Greddy EBC? Wouldn't it be easier to interface with the Ultimate?(aside from the fact that you already had your EBC installed and set) I was looking at the e-01 and Ultimate combo. Is there anything that I should consider for a different combo?

I've read that the E-01 is not compatable with the ultimate. The fact that there's no mention of the E-01 in any of the official ultimate literature backs that up.

From what I understand the emanage blue & E-01 only use a USB cable out of simplicity. The pair actually don't communicate using the normal USB protocol/language. The Ultimate on the other hand does use the normal USB protocol/language.
