Does anything happen to the ECS system when you do this? They are connected.

Also, it seems you could remove even more stuff if you take out the wheel speed sensors.

Struggly, if you were to re-do your brake line system, how would you do it now to account for the theoretical shortcomings?

Someone correct me if im incorrect.

Kinda off-topic: So, the advantages of deleting ABS are better pedal feel, shorter stopping distances, less weight, better wieght distribution, and more room under the hood. While the disadvantages of doing this are little or no steering ability under very heavy braking, possible occurance of "flat-spots", and loss of confidance. Right? Did I leave anything out?

Thanks
Something that I have noticed that I do not like about ABS (whats to like?)
is the fact that once it activates it does not reset nearly fast enough to
avoid a serious problem. I caught air once (don't ask) and came back down
on a clean dry road surface with brakes locked up. The ABS kicked in
and what should have taken 15 feet to stop took 45+ feet with the ABS fighting the brake pedal all the way til the car stopped. Even after all the weight of the car settled on the wheels on a clean dry surface the ABS never
allowed full braking. There was no accident and no one was injured save the
ABS. No damage to the car or anything else. But I did learn the limits of the
lousy ABS.

Take note the ABS can cause problems braking even on clear dry days if you
get a wheel out of contact with the ground for some reason.
