BTW the part number for the proportioning valves for us:
MB668915 is for the ABS models and
the non ABS models take a MB668841 $44.33
Sure would be nice if we had the brake bias numbers for both... for $44.33 I'm tempted to go with an adjustable proportioning valve.

I recently track-tested this system and it works just fine. I had to use the proportioning valve to taper the rear bias down progressively, but the system was very effective.

Just curious, is this something that you continously adjust while your driving? Or just drive some, correct and then drive some more?
Re: Pics of full ABS delete: Custom lines and Wilwood prop valve in center console
Adjust, drive for a while, adjust.
On the systems Chris and I have, we could certainly adjust it "on the fly". But for an analog prop valve, you're not going to be making corner-to-corner adjustments.

Nice, I've been waiting on those pics for a while hah. Definately on the "to do" list, since my shit's just got the fuse pulled, and I absolutely hate all that clutter in the engine bay.

yeah, Ill end up doing it one day to reduce all the lines in the engine bay, this way is much cleaner looking
Re: Pics of full ABS delete: Custom lines and Wilwood prop valve in center console
Just curious, if you could do it again.. $350 with an adjustable prop valve and non-stock brake lines vs $60 with a used prop valve and stock lines, which way would you do it?
I recently removed my ABS system, maybe 4 months ago? using all stock parts and a used es prop valve. Total cost was $60, took me an hour to install, I don't worry about leaking any brake fluid, and everything feels exactly the same.. granted I have been running without ABS properly functioning since I bought the car due to the datalogger not having a delay/switch.
I used the list of parts provided by JonsRT and did not do the rebuild kit.

Honestly? Neither.
What I would do--and what I still may do this coming spring or summer--is run new lines using 2 prop valves so that I can have a proper crossed pattern.
The one shortcoming of my system is that, in theory, the MC chamber may not be big enough to induce maximum braking in the fronts because of the volume. However, this has not proved an issue in actual testing on the track, likely because Mitsubishi factored in a significant safety margin to the MC.
That aside, your question is tough to answer. The stock prop valve an N/A lines are cheaper and easier, but doing my own was a fun project and good experience.
