Part numbers - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

Can someone give me the part numbers on the two hoses that go to the heatercore, and the two hoses that go to the throttle body?

Also need the part numbers of the cam oil packings that sit at the end of the cams and seal against the cam cover (round, rubber sandwiching metal).
