I just found out that PA has a law stating that you cannot have a spoiler any taller than 4" unless it's factory. PA is gay, I wonder if I could get away with a hoop or 99'?

No I found this out when my mom and her friend went to go get there car inspected and my moms friends almost failed because of the wing.

I don't have pictures of the wing because i don't like the car (Z24 cavi) and the wing is horrible. i was just pissed because I wanted to buy a nice carbon fiber one like the pearl white stealth on here with the venom bumper.

Only if it came on your car from the factory that way. If the paint matches and you tell them it is stock, most probably won't know the difference.

I got the same thing from a guy in Reading, as soon as he saw my car he called it out! Lol, mine happens to be a 97 fucker!

Well thats kinda gay. I was going to put the 99 one on my car someday, but im guessing a low end inspection shop wont even give a damn about it. And if they do, its nothing a couple bucks cant handle lol

Anti rice? hmmm. Pa should just make it illegal to drive any slow modded car. i.e. honda comes in passes emissions and safety inspection perfectly. but fails due to a 21sec 1/4 mile, 20 inch spinners, and cut springs
