hey, im sorry if this is really the wrong place to put this, but if anyone wants to trade a 99 vr4 for a 99 gt sl/supercharged... i'd like to talk to you. i love my car, but ive had it for a whole 3 years...
again, sorry if i shouldn't post this here. just figured this is where all the 99 vr4 owners are.

Good luck with your search, I doubt you'll find a 99VR4 owner who is willing to trade with you. I'll be the first one to say it.
Your better off selling yours and using the cash towards a 99VR4

i hardly expect anyone trading... its more for the fun of it...
if i sold it, i'd easily lose 30-35k... so eff that.

Not sure if any of you guys have made it over the 99VR4registry.com, but it has pretty much become a waste. I hate to say that, because it was a great concept. I haven't seen any post from any of the real members in a long time. It has been inundated with spam. Sad really. I haven't even heard from the owner of the site.

I have...... John, no longer does what he was doing; but props for creating the site. To bad there is no activity and maybe because there are under 110 registered owners.

If anyone has any contact information for Jon or has access to all of his research I would love to continue his work... I have been unsuccessful in attempting to contact him and I miss the site... especially since I have a 99 now!

Yup, from the looks of it, it appears to be all gone... I want to get a hold of Jon though cause I want all the info he gathered so I can continue his quest for the 287!!!

Yup... I bought it online... Having it shipped up to Alaska... it had some high mileage (109k) but its a one owner car. I did a google search on the previous owner and he was a doctor in his late 50s.... but you never know if they have some crazy kid who raced it all the time
