Does the brake pedal feel the same when this happens? Maybe something is going on with the brake booster or check valve.

For gods sake pads and rotors not flaming just thought it was funny... Easy problem-booster leak or valve. Change valve first it maybe leaking. If it doesn't change swap the booster (are you loosing oil? if so its the master cylinder leaking out of seal creating air).

Nope not stock i replaced the rotors a couple weeks ago, the passenger side front did have some fluid or some gunky buildup, probable cause?

Whats this booster valve thingy?

You just solved your own problem its the piston seal from the side leaking, Get a seal kit and rebuild the caliper. Its bleeding down on you. If you don't fix it they will just get worse till you have no brakes...

If you think that's funny then you're lacking. What valve are you talking about? The prop valve? If so it would have nothing to do with his problem. Pads and rotors are the first thing I would have looked at. Had he mentioned fluid on the rotor I would have assumed a leak on that wheel.
