hmm from what I am gathering fromt he thread

A) Heat index in the Memphis area

B) THey are paid up in the insurance for the year so it would fall under the same billing (aka "fiscal") year as the 07 events so they won't have to put all that money into insurance again kind of a loophole deal.

correct me if i got that wrong though i may have misinterpreted

i was more referring to the extra day, tuesday instead of wednesday.
