NG08 Hotel Extension - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

I JUST got word from the hotel that they're going to hold our rooms until the morning of May 26th. That means that you have until the end of Memorial Day weekend to get your reservations! Get busy, people! Get registered and get your reservations! Time is running out!

Planning to register on-site? Did you know you'll pay an additional 20% to do that? AND you may not get a hotel room! Can't pay for everything now? That's ok. Register for a basic package, pay for it, get the hotel information, get your room booked (they don't even take a deposit - just a credit card number to hold it), then add race events or banquet or whatever when you're ready.

Don't forget the new weekender package for those who are coming up for Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. You can't go wrong!

Wow i didnt know about the weekender package. I am busy til thursday but i have fri - sun off. Maybe i will end up coming. How much is the weekender package? Also the website is down. I tried to look but the page doesnt work.

$60 for the base registration, plus any extra events. We're having a few issues with the website and NG email lately... Long story, but SUPPOSEDLY they're trying to fix it... for 63 hours so far, but who's counting?

when is tech inspection if you want to drag race? Does it start at 2:00 P.M. also? I can only do the weekend package and I don't want to miss the drags if I go.

You can do the weekend package and the drags no problem.

Currently if your racing you must be at the track at 2pm. Because of the number of racers we may push the start time back. An announcement will be made if that happens.

Tech inspection will take place at the track, but you'll also receive a tech inspection sheet with your participants package, indicating what you can and can't do so you can make sure you comply before you get to the track.

I need to clarify on the hotel thing... I had to push to get them to give us through Memorial Day. There is another group at the hotel that weekend and they'd like more rooms, so once ours open up there's a good chance that we'll lose them. We will NOT get another extension. If you're planning to attend, please do it now!
