errrrr...I think you're missing the entire point of this device and it's many uses. You can't log boost...well neither can any other 2g guys with the stock sensors. So that has nothing to do with this product.

Considering that none of the others do either, it's an equal playing field. If you want to whine about it go find the people that designed the On-Board Diagnostics rev. II parameters. They are the ones that dictated that you will not log like the earlier version of OBD.

xtreme: Just read the list of what it does. Everything that the e-manage does, plus the ability to use other MAS's, speed-density, and electronic boost control. The e-manage is nice, but this is 1/2 the cost for more control, which is what I like about it. Just my opinion, and I can see where anyone would be skeptical of a new product. This is why I waited until I had driven at least a few thousand miles with the system before I said anything just to make sure that it was indeed viable and workable (though I had no doubts in Bob's abilities, but I wanted to be fair about it).

Just telling you why his controller, along with every other controller and logger are the way they are. It's not like people are saying "Let's leave everyone with a car from 1996 to present with no way to log their cars." OBD-II simply won't allow it - it's part of the programming and there is no amount of work the aftermarket can do to change this - it's hard-wired into the core of the ECU's of every car made from 96 until now (I think they are going to OBD-III now, but I haven't kept up and it very well could already be in use). Nothing defensive at all.

Don't remind me. I'm dying to get my car back on the road. At least once it gets up again it will spin two tires rather than just one and I'll finally feel safe taking it to the track.

I'm just gonna wait for some 3/S people to buy it and report back on how it does. I want to make sure the car stays tuned well with just this new MAFT and an LS6 MAS. I know with the old MAFT some people people's cars ran well, some had issues, some used additional fuel controllers, etc.
