Thanks again guys as I've come a long long way with this car. When I built her I wanted something different but was never expecting this. I still think she's got more in her as I suspect I have some leaks but won't know till tomorrow night, wouldn't that be a hoot.

Hey Josh, Vitalis car broke the front turbo on the first pull due to an intake hose he had on there sucked in. hes got a new turbo on the way
it would be nice to take Bobs car to the track.. but thats up to him. i took it for a bunch of street blasts afterward and its FAST as hell. my old car with 485 hp on the dynojet went the best of 126 mph a bunch of times but i still never got 10s ive been tuning alot of cars on this dyno and trust me when i say its not always big numbers lol. Jays car (vr4ever) i got the same power as Bob on pump with Jays 16Gs. just like my old Dynojet, i get alot of whiners that think their power is too low. Bobs car is a great combo. after driving it id lay money down and say that i can drive that car into the 10s if Bob lets me give it a beating ![]()

On the dyno, with 14B's, my car made 488 AWHP with a boost leak @ 20 psi (the spike was higher, but it held less than 20 psi, so that's kind of an average)... It trapped 120.4 mph the next day. I fixed the boost leak, and within a couple weeks, was back at the track. Weather conditions were similar, and the car trapped 122 (122.7 mph I think). I attribute all of the difference in trap to the leak and it was a small leak, through a metal gasket. I replaced the gasket with The Right Stuff, heh.

Wow, one of the most experienced 3S pilots in the world putting money down that they could drive my car into 10's with TD04's? I'd be willing to put the money up for track entry and race gas to test THAT bet!!! Seriously though, if you're not used to really slamming the gears, it might be best to let Ray drive. At least a couple passes right when you get there to make sure the tune is 100% safe for the boost level on that given night ![]() Ugh, nevermind, if the car goes 10's you'll have to worry about everyone giving you shit for not driving ![]() |

![]() 18 psi on pure pump? Some run it no problems and others can't get past 16 psi without knock. Guessing elevation and temps play a roll as well as what you are getting at the pump but I see anything from 16-19 psi in peoples sig on pump gas.
