As some of you may know, I made 506awhp with my IPS E16g's on pump 92. I now plan to find the limits of this kit with E85. I have went ahead with -8an fuel lines, an inline walbro fuel pump, PTE 1000cc injectors, and a high flow fuel filter.
To be honest, I have no idea how much power I will make. What are some of your thoughts or idea's? I am fully open to suggestions on this. My target dyno date is the first week of September. Not alot of time.

I feel that something should be done about the fuel rails, perhaps more components as well.

As for his setup, One in tank and one inline pump I see a lack of fuel supply. Get two pumps in your tank or you are going to run out of fuel. What heads, cams are you using? -Chris

Man, over 500 AWHP on pump gas and 3300 lbs? Sounds like a freakin' carbon-copy of my car I'd imagine she's pretty fun! HAHA I'll guess 700 AWHP. I'm not seeing any reason you can't make the same power Chris made (he limited himself to 30 psi, conservative ignition timing, and basically stock heads). If you can make that amount of power, I'll be following suit when I have the money (and/or itch) for a new fuel system (stock lines own me).

707AWHP 620AWTQ Stock Heads Stock Cams Pump gas The chart you posted is for E100. That's 199proof, or moonshine. It doesn't have any of the corrosion inhibitors that are in e85. Check out the link I posted on the other thread. |
