I would think with aftermarket heads, and more than 30psi 700+AWHP should be a walk in the park

I'd say at least 650awhp. but you should make 750awhp or so.

i've thought about the idea of building a motor specifically for e85/e98. Which means being able to run substantial amounts of boost with a higher compression ratio to milk more power per air/fuel unit volume. Hypothetically speaking, if evo3 16g's tapped out on a 3.0 liter 6g72 with stock 8.0:1 CR at exactly 700awhp because it simply could not flow any more air, imagine what that could be bumped up to if the same setup had 8.5 or 8.8 or, dare I say, 9.0....still running the same boost and moving the same amount of air safely being a e85,e98 purpose built motor, but making more power than before, not to mention the nice throttle response and spool time improvements associated with higher compression.
I wonder if Pampena would be willing to build a 3.5 liter with a 9.0 CR motor......hmmmm..... e85 rules. sorry about the hijack. You're thread jogged my interests and curiosity and imagination though. Bad ass, subscribed.

I think that I remember reading running e85 also lowers overall cylinder pressure, thus making it unnecessary to pin the heads. At least, not at any boost level 16G's would be efficient running.
