For you stealth lovers!!! I just saw a ad for Lee Iacocca's company car.
It's a 1991 Dodge Stealth R/T Twin Turbo W/ ONLY 9,000 miles on it. They are asking $25,000 for it. The ad is in an Auto Trader book someone gave me. The date on the cover is October 2008. Just in case anyone is interested!!! |

That car was on ebay not 2 months ago
Hope someone like me does not get it, because if I owned it, I'd be driving that sex on wheels!

His autobiography is a great read.
Right before the OPEC embargo when gas was still super cheap her spent over a year brokering a deal with Honda Motor Co. to build engines and transmissions to go into an economy car body built by Ford. All was set to go but when he presented the idea to Henry Ford II he said something to the effects of "No jap engine is going in a Ford". Henry Ford II was notorious for ending arguments by saying "It's my name on the building". Anyway, Ford's bigotry killed the deal and what could have been a car to compete with the VW bug and Honda Civic in the 70s never got built by Ford. Their domestic built Pinto was....well you know. Oh, and a "Jap engine" ultimately ended up in the Taurus SHO.
