I weld for a living there pretty good theres a little bit of under cut on top and overlap on the bottom just change your work angle down slightly and would have came out even better.

After welding about 50 flanges u get pretty tired hahahah , I know man I had to much angle on the torch on those then again a little undercut is acceptable less than a 1/32''..

Thanks ! , I been welding for about 2 years but using the "Walking the cup" technique was my first time doing it.
Now I use when welding manifolds it has a great penetration and control feature specialy when back purging u get a perfect inside beed.
Is a must when doing jobs for big oil companies they do some serious testing on the welds.
