I'd be in for 1 nice looking one.
On a semi-related note I got a crap ton of cut keys with the Stealth which look like they were done with at Lowe's or someplace simliar. Is there supposed to be a valet key and what does/doesn't it open?

If you look at the tips the valet key will have a smaller width to it. It alows the car to be started/run but it won't open the glove box. |

I work for a locksmith distribution company and I can get you MIT-1 keyblanks (the kind you seem to be using) for cost price. We are a wholesale distributor and don't sell to the public but I can buy them in 10 packs and send them to you for free. They come in boxes of 50, each containing 5 bags of 10 keyblanks each.
I can send you the standard keyblank for the car, not the valet one so they will work the glovebox and trunk too. PM me if you have any key questions. I was a locksmith for almost 7 years before I started working for distribution. I know everything about the keys and cylinders these cars use.

So I did some tests today on the plastic I'm using. I don't want people breaking/loosing keys. The test plastic I have isn't what I'll end up using. It's actually has less tensile strength and shore hardness. I put a big keyring on it and tried to break it. It wouldn't!. I had to use a pair of needle nosed pliers in order for it to break. So no worries there.
The oem stealth one is actually a rubber which will bend/rip before mine will. -Antoni |

Is there any way that you can put up pics of the process. The melting and the materials you use. Basically the process. I am thinking of trying this on my own with a few key blanks some molds and a bit of heat.
