Interest in reproduction uncut stealth keys or other shapes(turbo/piston etc)?(pics)

I'm looking to make some custom car keys for the stealth and 3000gt. To start I'm going to mold an original stealth key which is hard to find/expensive. I'm also working on other molds for 3000gts and general. One good idea was a turbo (compressor housing side). Also other ideas come to mind, pistons, gears etc. I can do multiple colors and even semi metallic ones.

I got the key blank inserts in stock and the mold is ready. I'm just waiting for the padded envelopes to come in. Current tracking says friday. So looks like I'll be busy this weekend making keys!

Progress is slow as I'm currently very busy. I had to redo the mold and I think I was able to source key blanks. I was made a nice bright red.

I don't have a final price yet on keys but just for comparison I sold BStock(imperfect) for $10shipped each. At the moment I'm still working on the process to get these things perfect since it sounds like I'll be making a ton. Once the stealth keys are done and I can steadily produce them I'll work on making 3000gt keys, then turbo keys, then make/model keys.

Ran into an issue I was aware might be a problem; Air bubbles. I have a fix($) but will take some time to work it out.

Got a better mold together. Also tried to play with colors, didn't add enough red so I made pink haha.



Just got the test mold setup for the stealth and poured some plastic! Still playing around with tints as the black is kinda greyish. Once I get it all working and looking nice I can pump these out. Unsure on cost yet. I have to work out some numbers.

nice very interested!! what all colors can you do?? we could match our cars with the rubber piece!! and yea it is like 27-30 at a dealership and only dodge sells them... now if you go to a mistu dealer and get them with the 25% discount it is like 12-15 bucks each...
