The blk/wht wire is the ign feed from fuse #11, it should have 12v key on, it feeds several items including the speed sensor and the cluster. the black wire is the ground, and the yellow wire is the speed sensor signal. The yellow switches to yellow/white, and splits to feed both the ECU and the cluster.

If you're at a solid yellow wire at the cluster, it's either the gas gauge or the oil pressure switch.

the solid yellow wire Ts off to a yellow with silver and goes to another plug which looks like the factory radio harness. Then goes back into the ecu. The black and white wire gives the sensor power so that means i just need to track the yellow/silver wire to the speed cluster itself?
