My buddies and I built a Eclipse GSX not too long ago and we popped on a Holset HX40 with a HX35 turbine on it.
He moved to Kentucky and had the car dynoed at 18lbs and it put down roughly 600 AWHP It would hit 4lbs at about 3100rpm and at 3400 it shot straight up to 12lbs when we had it set there I think there great turbos They also sound freakin sweet if you take the "howler" clip off |

I ran a HX-35 on the Talon in my sig, Bargain priced turbo's with alot of punch. I wouldn't run twin 35's on a 3s (crazy laggy) but a single hx-40 wouldn't be bad at all with the correct turbine housing.
