Default Help Im retarded! Trans Issue

I was taking my trans apart today and as i was reassembling it i wanted to put new silicon down for all places that could leak. I took off that little 4 bolt cover on the tail end of the trans and 4 springs shot out, anyone know what goes where?

short springs should go on top and bottom holes, longer ones in middle. put trans in nuetral then put the balls in then springs. Look at spring depth when you put them in to make sure they are all sticking out the same amount to make sure.
