The clicking just means it's working. You must have it turned all the way down. Mine behaved in the same way while turned down.

Clicking = solenoid switching

Its part of normal operation. Some options open to you are to locate the solenoid somewhere other than the firewall or mount the solenoid to a bushing isolated plate, just like the factory firewall mounted solenoids. There should be at least a couple threads on this that have possible fixes. I have even heard of poeple mounting the solenoid on the motor itself.

AFA boost pressure, what settings are you using? If the settings are too low the unit won't add any boost, like Lawdogg has said.

Are you using the stock h-connector? If so, I would recommend not using that and going to the auto parts store and buying a plastic tee connector. Then run the lines from the wastegates to that tee, and from that tee to the solenoid. You don't have to coil any tubing if you put the t around the water neck, and just run a longer line from the t to the solenoid. Make sure you are running the wastegate vacuum line to the COM port, and the vacuum line from the y-pipe to the NO port.

All in all in this installation you should have 5 vacuum lines.

2 - Running from wastegates to tee
1 - Running from tee to Solenoid (COM)
1 - Running from y-pipe to solenoid (NO)
1 - Running from vacuum port on plenum side of throttle body to boost controller in car.

Remove all the old vacuum lines and cap off any ports used in the stock control system. That should work if not, something is wrong with your boost controller.
