Default general ebc question

im installing a greddy profec e-01 .....on the valve unit it says to connect the "NO" port to a pressure source or the turbo compressor housing...which do i use ? im assuming i connect to a pressure source ....do i use the same one i used for the pressure sensor? for the pressure sensor i tapped into the hose below the map sensor.... if not which one do i tap into? and do i have to use another three way fitting?

on the other side for the "COM" port it says to connect to the actuator..correct me if im wrong but do our cars have two actuators? if so do i use another 3-way fitting and tap into the hose that feeds both of them?

lastly where is rpm signal wire comming off the ecu?
