Gauging Interest: Replica 96 Stealth spoliers by Cianci USA

Lately I have seen far too many people in search of a 96 Stealth spoiler. Being there were only ever 360 96 Stealths produced the chance of you finding a true one are pretty slim. I happen to have been one of the lucky ones to acquire a true 96 spoiler. Many people know this, and many people contact me about it constantly asking if I want to sell.

Due to the lack of a true 96 spoiler and no true bolt on replica being produced anymore that I contacted Ryan at Cianci to see how he felt about supplying his own replicas to 3si. Fortunately for those in search of them Ryan's response was positive.

The only question is how do we want it produced? My Vital Velocity spoiler had the pedastles integrated and they are actually thicker than the stock pedastles for strength reasons and it makes the overall spoiler not exactly like a true 96. Ryan may be able to overcome the strength issues and use the integrated pedastles, OR he can make just the spoiler part itself then you can use your stock pedastles to bolt onto it. We'll leave that up to the masses.

Ryan said he would need at least 20 COMMITTED people to make this happen. Initial group buy pricing would be $285 + $55 shipping (to the 48).

Lets make a list to see the interest and then we can go from there.

So interested in this, only thing that ever stopped me from getting the 3SX one was the fact you had to drill new holes.

I think the original pegs on the 96 are bigger than non 96 pegs??? A part of me wonders if 20 more of these will water down the coolness effect of having had one for the past 3 or so years..

Not many in circulation at all. Paul doesnt make them anymore and you have to drill new holes for the 3sx one.

As for the pedastals I can check my true 96 versus my 92 but I am certain they are the same. Like I stated the only reason Paul made his pedastals thicker was for strength reasons. When at SEDD CTY noted how her VV replica was much different than her 96's.

I thought 3sx had them made by Vital Velocity?? Drilling holes really sucks, that should be prefitted IMO- 3sx has thick pegs like VV ?

I think Cianci should make em strong but original, thus maybe not as cheap to make Pegs are good, integrated is the easy way out

I think its a good idea to have someone make more. But, I bought one from 3sx, and it was direct fit, no drilling required. It had the helicoils in it and everything. The shop(body shop) I went to put it on no issues.

Well going off of 3sx's own website it says new holes are required to be drilled. And again we are talking Cianci quality for less than the 3sx wing.
