Thanks stealthify but I have one question though on the history report for my Jeep where it says calculated owners it has N/A. What's that mean? I know that is an abbreviation of not applicable or not available and for cars it mean naturally aspirated. But why doesn't it know?

I'm not 100% sure on how AutoCheck estimates how many owners a vehicle has had. Based on patterns I've seen on other reports, it seems to be that they determine it based on how many times the vehicle has been retitled (versus just a normal registration renewal).

Going back at looking again at the Jeep's report, I see there was a duplicate title issue and a few title corrections. This likely made it a little more difficult to figure out if the Jeep changed hands at that point, or was just routine maintenance.

Manually guessing it, and using that same logic applied to other cars, there should be an estimated 4 previous owners for that vehicle. That'd be my guess.
