wow I never thought of using foam like that. That's a good idea.....not that I really have anything I want to fiberglass just yet, lol. Good job, keep us updated.

as mentioned painters tape ftw!....
tape a big cloth down on inside of fender that covers engine baye for easy clean up ![]() also cover wheels with something...... this is kida ballsy so im not sure what else to say but be careful......id hate to see something get ruined if it didnt work out...... |

wow that's crazy. I wanna see how this turns out. My uncle used expanding foam on a rusted old truck before. he filled in all the holes. Then he cut the foam somewhat flush and tiger-haired over it. Sanded it smooth and used some spray paint. It looked fine and passed inspection. Good luck w/ the fiberglass, looking forward to more pics

damn looks good so far. I just used that stuff last week to spray inside the metal underneath the interior panels to get rid of little rattles
