Installation is NOT that hard, just requires some patience and attention to detail.
My son and I did my Stealth in a weekend and really didn't kill ourselves. Things you need to buy: Spray adhesive (3M or equivalent) Hog rings Hog ring pliars < $30 for the above. You DO need to make some cuts in the Leatherseats leather (for controls and adjusters) but if you use a sharp exacto and make small accurate cuts, you'll be fine... Go back and read my install instructions from the first GB.... Bob. ![]()

Please, though...if you're going to do the leather install yourself, take your time and do it right. It saddens me when I see these $600 leather kits installed poorly with creases and ripples all over the place.

Getting back tot he Iggee seat covers, true they're not leather, but I used them for my old Corvette and the fit is nice. Most Corvette owners on a budget highly recommend them. I'm personally going to try them again for my '94 GT (whenever I do finally get it
).I like that you can get them in 2-tone. And for a bit extra you can get rear seat covers as well. |

They don't look too bad. For a budget, you might be hard-pressed to find something that would compare to it. I will, of course, push for the leatherseats.com seats (as I have them and installed them myself as well) but for covers - they seem to be a good deal.
Also, I am not the most handy person around, but I still attempted to install the seats on my car (with the help of Bob's write up - which was awesome btw) and they came out pretty good. I was so amped by it that I decided to tackle redoing my entire interior (carpet, headliner, seats, dynamat, radio). It was fun, I learned a lot, and found out that I actually do have patience and the ability to do a lot of stuff on my car.
