Default E16G w/Adapter plates Dyno results...

Well i finally got the car back together and had it towed to Turbotrix here in NJ (EVO and WRX Specialists/ AEM tuners) Well After 5 days at the shop and many many many scares and mistakes made by me fixed by them later, she finally got tuned. This run was made at 15PSI and i have some boost leaks because of my custom intercooler piping with a MILLION couplers I will go back for a re tune once i get the pipes welded up and boost leaks fixed.

Mods are in sig...

PS: AFR at WOT= 11.7:1

nice to hear you had a good experience there.. im about 30 minutes from them and its nice to hear good things about local shops. nice results and good luck with the car.

Thats what I make with DR650s at 16psi with the Pampena tune with stIII DR heads, SMICs, Stillen and Borla. Thats pretty good. I assume the heads I have are worth about 40-50awhp at 15psi so thats about what I would expect TD05s to do on stock heads at 15psi with decent intercooling. Nice!

Turbotrix.....wow, im surprised, everything I hear from them is bad....like when Evo 8's first came out i had a few friends get their cars worked on their, and they kept blowin up.

Glad to hear about your car though, Im shooting for 500 awp at 20 psi....so i think im pretty on par to u, good luck...

Hmm...that's about in line where it should be, maybe slightly low but I guess most of the numbers we've seen so far are from cars with ported heads. Hard to say at 15psi since the turbos aren't yet out of the range where TD04s are still quite effective.

Reason you stoped at 15? I like those numbers because upper psi is where those tubos shine.

Turbotrix is OK
They tuned by VR4 the firest time and it came out good but too rich..

I would deff ask Ray to tune it...

Agreed. I'd expect another 20 or so HP per lb of boost beyond that point (with diminishing returns of course).

Stopped at 15PSI because of the boost leaks, at this point it was useless to keep going as the leaks would get worse and my piping would start blowing off...

I loved my experience with Turbotrix, i tried getting in contact with Ray for 2 weeks and couldn't get a hold of him so i had to make a move. Turbotrix was recommended and i do not regret it one bit. I still want to have Ray tune it for me once i get the boost leaks and piping worked out...
