Depends, if the oiling situation is bad enough or the stress on the turbine/compressor shaft becomes to much it can grenade on you. Sending metal through you IC piping. Chances are it will stop in the IC, but if it were my car I would not take the chance. Get a Uhaul trailer or something and tow it back.

Is it possible to bypass the turbo for the drive? I need to get 71 miles. Thanks for the response.

No, even if you diconnected the wastegate arm the turbo will still be spooling. If you want to save a flatbed cost just find a trailer or try Uhaul for a trailer and tow the car back. Should be about $40 to rent a trailer.

how bad it it blown? You could bypass, but you are going to kill the turbo to the point of non rebuildable. (the center core anyway). Is it already scrapping the compressor housing? Depends on how bad of shape it is in already. If just leaking oil you could most likely make it okay if taking it easy, but again it all depends on how bad it is currently. Like mentioned above you don't want it tossing peices of itself through your intake/into your motor.
