Does a 91 stealth look ANYTHING like a 3000GT? Not to me!
It just amazes me. This young guy 20ish years old stops me when I'm leaving for work and proceeds to say he has seen my car a few times in my driveway and he wanted to tell me he liked it. Then he says he's always liked these cars and asks "Is this a 3000GT or a Stealth?" REALLY? My car has ZERO mitsubishi "badging or moldings" on it and has all the original Dodge and Stealth badging and a banana wing. I guess he just wanted me to know he knew they were the same car? It was just so awkward because I had to resist saying something like "If you can't figure out that obvious answer then why are we even having this conversation?" But I was nice about it, and said "Yes they are the same car but this one is most definitely a Stealth."
EDIT: Fixed my "no Mitsu parts" comment.... I have no idea what I was thinking posting that in this forum! LMAO!

i refer to my stealth as a 3000gt. most people give me a what the hell face when i say i own a dodge stealth, they know what a 3000gt is.
maybe this kid was wondering if you stealth is the same because he wants a 3kgt, but realizes that the stealth, the same car, is half the price in TT form.
also, there's a lot of mitsu parts on your stealth, even the body panels, all made in japan by mitsu.

The Camaro questions always hurt! The Ferrari questions make up for that tho. I have only heard Ferrari when I had my 3k, but I heard it a few times in just one year. No Ferrari comments with the Stealth.

lol be easy on the guy. 99.99% of the population does not have a fraction of the knowledge of these cars as we do. The fact that he knew it was a stealth or a 3000gt was good enough lol. I get people asking me all the time which one mine is. I have people talking about my car telling me its a stealth the whole time they're talking about. Doesn't bother me though, truth is its the same car.
Its kinda like when people mix up the eagle talon, eclipse, and the plymouth lazer. Its all the same car in the end of the day, just different body parts
