Default Dash Removed - Car Not Starting?

I have taken on the painstaking task of replacing my cracked vents. I just got done pulling the dash out of the car. I bolted my steering wheel back in place and attempted to start the car. I only tried for a second, but it wouldnt turn over.

I realize I have unplugged a ton of shit and im sure this is the reason it wouldn't turn over, but can anyone tell me what specifically would need hooked back up for the car to run. I am going to grab parts from a parts car tomorrow and I would like to have my car there so I dont forget to grab things I need. I thought I may be able to drive it with the dash out, but maybe thats not a good idea anyways. Thoughts or specific things I need to hook up so I can drive it?

If you can confirm this is normal, that would help too. I am going to be fixing a lot of things while I have it out. I just don't want to put it back together and it still not start because I missed something. I dont know how you guys do it in only a few hours. Probably took me 7 hours to get all of the center console area and dash out. Had two screws strip though, that really slowed me down. Hope I never have to take it off again. EVER. ha

Hmm did you unplug the ignition harness?? I have taken my dash out several times, to replace the vents and cleaning some of the acumulated dust out. I did not try starting the car with the dash out, but it would always turn on without a problem after the dash was in. I wouldnt start it with the dash out, becasue I have a 94+ car with a pass airbag, turning the car on while the bag is disconnected will light up the SRS light.

Same! The same exact thing happened to me. Its on the side of the console, on the outside, right where it starts to curve upwards.

I drove like that for months. When I pulled my dash, I removed the wiring harness from it to make future jobs easier, as well as allow me to drive the car in the meantime.

I know people complain about the dash but it's not bad enough that you would need to leave out long term. I've done a couple removals and replacements (for the black interior change) and it actually goes pretty quick when you know where everything is.

Anyways, MFI relay. That's probably it.

Wouldn't this cause the car not to get fuel though rather than not to turn over?
