Default Copyright Infringement??

Isn't this illegal for an Ebay seller to sell an item displaying an official 3S International logo? This logo sure looks like one of ours. Thought I'd post it here just in case. If not, please disregard.

eBay Motors: mitsubishi 3000 gt t shirt (item 300243440821 end time Jul-26-08 18:04:29 PDT)

It is an old logo.

It may be trademark infringement.

If I could neg rep you for "reading comprehension" I would because you obviously only see and read what you want to.

Pretty sure the Mitsubishi logo is infringed

And if this seller is not the person who drew that picture and he doesn't have a release, it's infringement.

Same thing with the S3 logo.
