Default Car still having issues. p0300 p0173

Ok this is getting on my nerves to no end now. After spending alot of money and sending my car to FSr to get updated this is my current mods list....

94 VR4 Engine refreshed, polished crank, 60k tunes up, all new parts, bolts so on and so forth. That has been upgraded 99 Lifters, and a few mods to make it work ok with a my 96 setup
15G turbos
450CC Injectors
S-AFC-2 Tuned by FSR
AEM Wideband That read 14.9 at idle
Solid motor mounts,
Southbend TZ Clutch
Intake (Matrix)
Samco Rad Hoses
96 VR4 ECU and Harness, un cut (SAFC is using one of those harness adpaters)

Ok now Daily I get a friggin p0300. My plugs are brand new, my Spark plug cables are brand new MSD, My PTU and Coil pack are also brand new. New as in less than 4k miles. These issue occured before the engine swap and after.

Any ideas? I've checked all the connections I can check but what would DAILY cause a p0300. Could I just have a bunk OBD-II ECU? I've never heard of these having issues. Please help me I'm seriously on the verge of selling this bitch to some other sucker to get rid of it.

I've replaced everyone of those, o2 sensor are new, Plugs new, wires new, everything, I'm seriously starting to wonder if it's the ECU.

That's what I'm looking for now. If it is the ECU would changing the caps cure the issue possibly or would it be something else besides the caps.

[ p0173 [/quote]

spray the intake manifold with carb cleaner where it mounts up to the lower intake and see if the idle changes
