Default Black Victory Hood on a Red VR4

Just looking for some feedback. Are most people painting there aftermarket hoods or just running them black as they are? I cant seem to decide if I should paint my victory hood red or leave it black. When it arrived it still needed some glass work. I assumed they wouldnt show up perfect. So I guess reguardless it has to be painted when im finished. Black or Red?

Terry

black will make it look like your trying to imitate CF when its not, so I'd personally go with red.

It only looks good if its part of a black top paint scheme, otherwise it looks very ricey and lowers the visual appeal of having a 3s in the first place.

So if its not a black top scheme you want it the same color as the rest of your car. Unless you want something in common with every other civic on the road with a fiberglass hood .

I will try and get the hood pins mounted tonight if I have enough time then ill drop it off tomorrow to be sanded and painted. The vents also need to be cut out and I dont think I trust myself with a dremel.
