What are the best valves you can buy for the money im already $800 into it and would like to keep it under a $1000. lifters also?

Also would the a water pump and timing belt kit be ok off ebay for $100 bucks because they are $200 from the dealer, and it sayd they are OEM quality?

Timing belt and water pump and tensioner I would only use OEM parts. Period. Don't skimp....you will regret it.
