It's all stock.

Neither of these belong to me (both my VR-4's are 5-speeds), but here are pics of the bellhousings of two 6-speed transmissions I've been working on. One has the beef-up plate from PO Machine, the other has the brace from Pampena mototrsports. Pics were taken yesterday, since that was my first and only opportunity to get pics of them both side by side before the one with the brace started going back together.

'90 Fiji Blue 300ZX TT. Stillen front bumper/nose-panel/wing/control arms/sway bars, Greddy intake/exhaust/clutch/fuel injectors, Super Autobachs strut bars, Brembo brakes, Energy Suspension bushings, Tokico shocks, JWT ECU chip, Bomex rear bumper, Nismo gound kit, NGK plugs, IPS short shifter, Custom interior, forgot the rest. both the tranny's are 6 speeds, so do 5 spds need this type of mod to run 600 whp without cracking

When you think about the loads imparted on the case it seems a little overkill to have the whole plate installed. Good thinking on Rays part, simple, effective, lower heat

the thing I like about the PO machine plate is that it ties into the center diff bearing.
Whether this will actually make a difference or not it does seem like a good idea.
