Yeah second gens had a massive price jump which is why sales plummeted.
Sure, but they still outsold every other Jap supercar of the day and outlasted all of them. Supras cost more and did not have AWD, so I would have to think they were priced right where they should have been.
Have you seen one in person yet? If not, don't judge it quite yet. I really wasn't a big fan of the design either, but then I saw one at the Denver Auto Show. I must say, that thing looks about 100 times better in person than in any pictures I've ever seen. I fell in love with the looks. But then again, both the Z06 and ZR1 are beautiful enough to make me cry too lol. Tough choice.
I saw it at the Philly Auto Show and I thought the car was even uglier in person than in pictures.
