Default Bad Relay/fuse????

How do you tell if you have a bad relay? I know fuses are easy because you just look to see if the connection is broken but how can you tell is a relay is blown? I think my starter relay might be blown because my car wont start. Also where is the relay for the power locks? thanks for the help!!

Default Re: Bad Relay/fuse????

If the car won't crank and you don't have power locks/windows, check your ALT fusible link in the underhood fuse box. Inspect it carefully, sometimes it can just be a small crack.
