Bad ecm or crank sensor. - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

I drove home and the car ran perfect then I go to leave 10 minutes later and it idles rough and missing very bad. I check the codes and got code 22 and 23. I also pulled the ecm and saw that one of the caps is leaking. Could the leaking cap be causing the problem with my crank sensor?
