I would just run duals ( even if it's just a gay crossover like stock ) before I did this.......that or I'd just fill in the opening. If I remember correctly, your car is still in a primer state isn't it, so body work is still up for grabs?

yes it is, got the cash, just waiting for school to end so I can live without the car for a week comfortably (which will give me reason to get the Peugeot on the road).

I'll go dual eventualy, its this thing called being 17 and doing what I can when I have cash, the stock system was falling apart so It needed to be replaced, I just happened to get a deal on a tanabe can.

Speaking of rear fogs again though - ever wonder why on the back of nissan skylines beside the liscense plate theres one white and one RED light....

Matt

ol skool euro sports cars had rear fogs down low in the ehxaust area. It is a cool euro look idea, less played out that all the jdm stuff the ricers have overused lol

I would prefer stealthy rear fogs hidden in the RT rear bumpers (reflector/reverse area) but alas, the oem housing does not let light thru as I have tried it. Some 3kgt people have put bright H3s or strobes in their reverse lights which is sweet

Just make sure it's not white. It is illegal to have a rear facing white light on unless you are backing up...just like it's illegal to have a front facing red light on non-emergency vehicles.

Its an old trucker trick to have rear-facing lights. Switch them ON when some knob in a Sunfire is tailgating you.

Doo-it!

My car has them ofcourse its non 3s though but it was JDM factory option and I installed them. They are great for those with tinted windows and low light areas when backing in.

I have a 1994 JDM with reverse lights in the middle of each tail light per side. I'm using a xenon/HID instead of the incandescent bulb... No one looks at the back of my car when I'm reversing and it makes a huge difference seeing wise.

Ever get behind a Mercedes with an annoying taillight? That was it's rear foglight.

I think the extra exhaust hole would be a cool place to put it.
my first thought about the 'rear fog light' was "WTF????" -then it dawned on me that this would be a good idea (the true danger when driving in heavy fog is the fool going down the highway at 20% of the speed limit to be 'safe')

Yes, it's commonly done here in the UK where a rear fog light is required (though I took a different approach).
