Any good service dealers in Chicago? - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

I'm sorry if this has been brought up before. My car is at the dealership in Elgin and they gave up working on my car. Right now I have to find a good service department who knows our cars and have them work on it. The problem is I also have to have my car towed there. Any help would be appreciated.

go to the Chicago section. There are plenty of members there who have alot of time working on 3000/stealths. Im sure you could pay someone to get what you need done. Forget the Stealerships!

Dealerships really have no clue what to do with these cars when they get them in their service dept.

And if its Elgin Mitsu and "Frank Mole" is associated with your service being done, REMOVE YOUR CAR FROM THAT PLACE IMMEDIATELY!!! I speak from experience.

Go to the max madson on Ogden Ave right off of 355. Theres a tech there named Todd who has worked on my car numerous times and he really knows his stuff when it comes to 3000gt's. He has always helped me outside of the stealership though so I dont know how it will be price wise.

Thank you for responding. Does he work outside of the dealership? Right now my car is sitting at the dealership and I need to have it towed to either my house or the dealership. The number 2 and 4 cylinders are misfiring so I don't think it is a good idea to be driving,
