AEM wideband Gauge acting funny - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

I recently disconnected my battery from my car and my widband gauge started reading 14.8 all the time with slight veriance. I really think that my disconnecting the battery had anything to do with it but was wondering if anybody knows what could be the problem. I have tried disconnecting the battery again for 30 minutes then reconnecting it to see if it would reset it. Nothing happened still reads 14.8 even when boosting and letting off the accelerator. its had plenty of time to calibrate. I am not sure what could be causing it. Anybody ran in to this problem before or have any ideas

I have broken 3 sensors, and each time one broke it would read a constant 14.8.

How did you brake them? anybody else have any ideas

I broke one against a pinch weld under the car (it was too close), one on the road (hit a speed bump) and another on that pinch weld.

i found the problem i got up underneath my car and found part of the wiring touching my exhaust needless to say it melted the wires together. I cut the wires spliced them back together and it works like new thanks for all the help lawdogg
