Default 770AWHP 670AWTQ Stock Heads/Cams E90 Blend

So I went and bought E95.

E85 is 85% Ethanol (E100) mixed with 15% 87 octane pump gas.

The E95 I purchased is 95% Ethanol denatured with 5% Methanol. They denature it so the gov't don't tax them on it as drinkable alcohol.

I then mixed 10 gallons of E95 (95% Ethanol 5% Methanol) with 1 gallon of 93 octane.

Had to add 5% more fuel globally due to the higher concentration of Eth/Meth over gas. Then after the 2nd run I pulled out 2% in high boost and higher RPMs to make the 3rd and final run. Pumps running on BAP at 35% and 1000CC injectors base pressure 60psi. IDC is now at 90-95%. EDIT: Just looked at Statistics for the run and it hit 96.527IDC
The Fuel is DONE.

Last run on E85:
745AWHP 640AWTQ @ 32psi.

New run on E90 blend:
770AWHP 670AWTQ @ 33psi and .7 degrees more timing

Still not one drop of coolant push. Low peak cylinder pressure is what Ethanol all about.

The addition of the extra fuel flow and more timing bumped the curve to the left even more. At 4500 RPM she used to have 383AWTQ and now has 423AWTQ.

How much does the E95 cost? Available "at the pump" like E85?

That's pretty amazing, especially for stock cams.

Don't think you can find it at the pump, notice I didn't sneak in the "pump gas" in the title of this one

E95 is $155 for 55 gallons.

There is NO way it would make this power on Race gas. Stock heads and cams just can't flow enough air. It's getting it's airflow via the Ethanol which is one of the highest oxygenated fuel there is. I can't beleive it has done what it has. Little 3.0L 2 bolt with stock heads and cams. It's funny cuase she just idles nice and quiet like a stock car. LOL

Nice. Any trouble with oil contamination? What oil are you using?
Thanks for all the research results you're providing to the 3Si community.

Chris - this is awesome. You've made me drive around and try to find E85 near me. Closest pump is $4.05 a gallon. That is MUCH lower than the 100 octane I've been putting in lately. This is definitely in my future.

Thanks for the great research
