Actually could be very likely b/c i did clean throttle body and believe i could have sprayed cleaner in when i just learned the manual warns against that instead says to spray rag and wipe... actually bought whole throttle body including IAC and FIAV when all i thought was wrong w/ my previous was the IAC so i might try taking those off and replacing... Think that's a good way to go??

For sure. If you can swap em in that would certainly either fix the problem or eliminate both things from the list of suspects.
I only swapped the black rubber piece that has an electrical connection. I couldn't tell from the diagrams if that was the FIAV (thought it was the metal part) but i'll prolly just look to buy a good throttle body from my local guy. It did help tho b/c car wouldn't start w/o MAF connected and then after switched the black piece it did start. Idk about to go down shore w/ fam so she'll have to wait but thanks for the help...
^^ posted pics of pieces in plenum... also i think someone insinuated that the pieces being out could cause misfire too so even though the pieces are broken i am going to try and 'glue' them in with the same stuff i was told to seal the plenum back up with... but yeah there are the pics of plenum apart for those who are curious
