I am thinking the same thing about it. Why I wanted to post this iit here is because I have found it interesting, and it's not because of its tehnical or performance, it's just just that something like this you won't see everyday. It's a huge piece of shit that it doesn't has anything to do with performance or something else, like movies or I don't know. It was just a crazy ideea of a guy who added a lot of metal to a car that was already heavy, to built his unique ferrari. The previous owner, "the creator" got busted by cops a few years ago. I've heard that this is not the first creation and there are another 3 or 4 which are in the US right now, I don't know which platform used for transforming into toilets.
As for the engine I was thinking the same no harness there, but the owners told me that it was fixed there somehow.

So, the car doesnt has any kind of suspension in the rear, I think that car runned in the past, but not so much. Imo is that the project is nice but what he had made out of it is ugly and HEAVY. If he had used a different material for modifing the shape of it could have been better. A general opinion: it's a shit. Sory for sayin that but I'm dissapointed.
here are the pictures, btw the car is so long more than 1 meter added.

wow its interesting concept!! doesnt need to be mid engine though the body design itself is very interesting the only thing i would have done differently is instead of square backseat cover or hatch make it more round to match the curve of the car and just a giant side scoop with rounded edge and made it out of fiber glass.. and some nice paintjob it will fly!!! my opinion

I think you read into the thread what you wanted to hear.

"Commited the cat"? I haven't heard that one before...

Its an interesting science experiment, but I don't see how the car could've run. There's no sort of engine mounting solution in the back. I don't see how you'd be able to get power to the wheels with them being forward of where the motor would sit (if there was one there). In order to get the axles anywhere near lined up with the rear hubs you'd have to mount the whole motor backwards with the tranny on the driver's side, and then in drive the axles are rotating the wrong way. No radiator or hoses?

There's a lot of issues that don't look to be solved yet.

ive often wondered (and im sure it would be a huge PITA), but you could take a standard SL drivetrain, and mount it in the rear. I mean theres a lot of problems to solve, but the engine and tranny back there would turn everything the correct direction still. not sure about shifter cables, air ducting, cooling, etc etc. but doesn't seem like it would be overly impossible.
