Default 2nd gen conversion questions

What is required to do a 2g front end conversion. i got a 92 stealth and i wana swap but dont know if i need to do anything special other than buy it and put it on. any info would be appreciated.

I just did mine. Check out my thread on 91 To 98 conversion. You need to cut off about 4 inches from your stock 1g bucket. You need to modify the inner bucket wall to fit the light.

I took angle iron, banged it flat and tapped into the existing holes for the bumper. Motivated took about 9-10 hours with 2 people. Unmotivated with 1 will take alot longer. Plus you will have to make sure that the hood lines up and that the lights are lined up properly.

i welded in 2nd gen buckets, alot of work and alot of drilling, cutting and welding.
