id use the carfax to bargain the price down some more. You might be able to score a nice deal on a good race car project.

If you are concerned with gas when buying a viper, its not the car for you.

People ( although few people ) on this board would probably think a really fast vr-4 is cooler than a TT viper. Also when its time to sell, with the viper you can get a good amount of your money back, with the vr-4; After dumping in 15k good luck ever seeing that back.

that one is perfect, i might ask him to lower it maybe 32k what do ya think? o and what are the specs (i.e price, mileage) on the one you bought? that gray is my favorite color on vipers...

Give him an offer of 30-31 and when he says no ask him to counter offer. Let him know you are looking to buy one in the next XXX amount of days and are very capable.

Specs on mine are deppressing to me, it was not the cheapest but i should be keeping this car for a long time, and it will hold ( for the most part ) its value. If i can drive it for a while and when/if i sell it only loose 10% or so on it i would be happy

Im looking for a 2nd gen with less than 25k miles and around 45k. Comparable to yours? Or should i be looking for a better deal?

Well for what i got in mine i got it at a steal. Its a 2002 GTS, its built and has slightly more air getting pushed into the intake

along with the rims, the stereo, gears etc etc with only 8,000 miles. But it being a steal does not make me shiver a little when thinking how much i spent for a car lol

I do like silver with blue.
