02 Eclipes What Should I do - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

Ok my friend has a 02 eclipes Wrecked in the ass end pretty good, But the engine and tranny and a lot of the body panels are still good. So should I buy it and part it out. It's is the 3.0 DOHC and a 5Speed tranny I think somebody would be able to use it. What do you guys think any suggestions?
