Ok, simple question, if anyone can help id appreciate it. Im doing a tt swap on my 94 3000gt and im trying to pull the motor out but cant seem to get it seperated from the trans to lift it out. How can i get the two far enough apart to get past the clutch? I have an auto tranny too if that makes a diff. Andy help would be awesome!

N/A Single Turbo Conversion

I have a 1992 R/T, im still kind of new to the 3/S scene, and i was thinking of doing a Twin turbo conversion. But some one told me that i should do a single turbo conversion instead. It'd be easier on me, and more simple to take care of.

Can anyone tell me exactly what i need in order to do this? Thanks.

Has anyone here done a TT conversion and used their NA ECU?

How did you tune it, and how much fun was that to do?
Thanks

TT Build Planning

Greetings:

So I was given the OK by wife to do my TT conversion ('93 3000gt atx). I have been reading through tons of threads and it I don't think this is going to be extremely difficult. I've made my extensive parts list and just started on collecting parts. (Thanks to Cureact on my great deal on the 9b turbos.) I will slowly add to my parts as funds allow. I hope to be able to maybe do the conversion next year. Anyway...after reading threads on parts needed and talking to some turbo tech friends. The one piece I seem to be missing is ECU requirements. I see some threads on the rewiring of the TT ECU to the N/A, but is the ECU swap a must?

If there is a thread on this that I missed (even after doing searches) please direct me to it.

Thank you for you help.
